In the September Board Meeting, the Board approved a new rule allowing residents to have up to 4 key fobs assigned to them. If you would like an additional Key fob, you may request one through your resident portal or by contacting Keystone directly.
The Annual Meeting notice and Board Election ballots were mailed and should have arrived. Please vote and mail your ballot back by October 23, or hand-deliver it during the Annual Meeting on October 28th.
The Abeto pool will be closed beginning Monday, September 8, for a leak repair. We anticipate the repairs to last about a week. An email will be sent out when the pool is reopened.
Several areas of concrete have been repaired around the community. Please refrain from walking on areas that are marked off with yellow caution tape as they dry. Thank you.
Summer is almost here, and in preparation for “pool season,” the board has been checking the umbrellas at both pools and scheduling a handyman to come and fix the broken umbrellas. This work is underway and should be completed within two weeks.
The Abeto tennis court resurfacing effort is scheduled to be completed by May 12 (weather permitting).
Tree trimming for the Brazilian Pepper street trees on Sombra and Tranquilo starts on May 7th.
The association started heating the Abeto pool on May 1st. It is now open and ready for summer.
In April, the Serrano Park HOA had the pool and spa equipment replaced at the clubhouse pool. The old pump had failed due to its age.
