The Abeto Pool repairs are completed, and the pool is open again.

Abeto Pool closed for leak repairs
The Abeto pool will be closed beginning Monday, September 8, for a leak repair. We anticipate the repairs to last about a week. An email will be sent out when the pool is reopened.

Pool umbrella maintanence & repairs
Summer is almost here, and in preparation for “pool season,” the board has been checking the umbrellas at both pools and scheduling a handyman to come and fix the broken umbrellas. This work is underway and should be completed within two weeks.

Abeto Pool is now heated.
The association started heating the Abeto pool on May 1st. It is now open and ready for summer.

Clubhouse pool is ready and open.
In April, the Serrano Park HOA had the pool and spa equipment replaced at the clubhouse pool. The old pump had failed due to its age.
