Frequently Asked Questions
To reserve the clubhouse, residents must submit the following:
- A signed rental agreement
- Refundable clubhouse rental deposit of $200
- Non-refundable rental fee of $100

How to submit a payment in the Keystone Portal
Submit your deposit and rental fee in the keystone portal. Follow the instructions below to find the payment section:
- Login to your resident account
- In the main menu, go to Account Info > Architectural
- On the Architectural page, you will see a section on the right titled: “Purchase Association Items”
- Click the blue “…” button to expand the the clubhouse options, then click the blue “Purchase Now” button.
Document the issue
Take pictures of the tree and the specific issues it may have or be causing. The more pictures, and details the better.
Submit the documentation
Email Keystone property management at reconnect@keystonepacific.com with the following details:
- Tree location: The address of the nearest home or location of the tree, or a map pin of the exact location
- Description: Clearly describe the issue with the tree (roots, broken branch, low hanging branches, branches hanging over homeowner property, etc.) and the extent of the issue.
- Picture evidence: Attach picture that show the issue that is described. The more pictures that clearly show the issue the better.
- Your conact Information: be sure to include your contact information (Address, phone, email) so that an association representative can contact you about the issue.
Document the issue
Write a clear description of the issue and the extent of it’s affect. Take pictures of the landscape and clearly mark and/or label the images to show the issue. The more details you can provide the better.
Submit the documentation
Email Keystone property management at reconnect@keystonepacific.com with the following details:
- Address or specific location of the private property you are reporting (ex: the corner of Paseo Somba & Calle Vientos)
- Description of the issue (ex: hanging branches over sidewalk, branches hanging over into your property, plants covering/blocking sidewalk)
- Pictures that clearly show the issue and it’s extent.
- Your contact information including name, address, phone number and/or email and the best way to contact you. This will allow us to reach out to you should we have questions or need to follow up with you.
Document the issue
Write a clear description of the issue and take pictures. The more details you can provide the better.
Submit the documentation

- Address: Accurately provide the address of the property nearest to the problem you are reporting or the location (i.e. the 3 rd tree by the bench next to the tennis courts)
- Description: Clearly describe the issue, graffiti on slide at park near clubhouse, light burned out on path close to tennis court near clubhouse, sprinkler broken and shooting water straight up on slope behind Albeto pool and the extent of the issue.
- Provide Pictures: A picture is worth a thousand words. Please send several pictures that clearly show the issue
- Your contact information: Be sure to include your name, address, phone number and/or email and the best way to contact you. This will allow us to reach out to you should we have questions or need to follow up with you.
