HOA Special Open HOA Meeting

The Serrano Park HOA called a Special open meeting on Wednesday, May 21. This is a board meeting in addition to the regular scheduled meeting on Tuesday, May 27th.

This meeting was called for two reasons:

1. The Board would like to keep the HOA meeting times to two hours. In the past, meetings have run long because of the backlog of issues and topics that needed to be reviewed.
2. The Board needed additional time in person to work through some of the action items this month as a group in order to make decisions and unblock key initiatives from moving forward.
