Keystone connection homeowner app & portal
With the Keystone App and portal, you will have all of your HOA info readily available 24/7 right at your fingertips. In addition to the great features that you already have access to, we have upgraded you to a whole new level of convenience.
PAY BILL: Pay assessments anytime, anywhere. We’re placing convenience right in the palm of your hand.
STAY IN THE LOOP: Real-time access to community news, violations, work orders, calendars, and your association directory.
TAKE ACTION: Make reservations for your association amenities and submit architectural applications. If you have not yet been on the portal, visit keystoneconnection.net for instructions on how to log in to the new keystoneconnection.net portal, or you can download the app in the App Store (Apple) or in Google Play (Android).
Architectural Approval
We would like to remind everyone that Architectural Approval is required prior to the start of work on any portion of the exterior. The Architectural Application needs to have the signatures of your neighbors on the Neighbor Awareness Form, but their signatures do not constitute approval. It is a courtesy to your neighbors to make them aware of your intentions. The Architectural Application can be found on the Serrano Park website at www.serranopark.net. Architectural applications should be submitted to Keystone by dropping off your submittal or emailing it to archtitectural@keystonepacific.com or submit and pay for architectural requests directly on the KPPM portal Architectural page.
1) Download the application from the Document Library (Community Information > Documents > Architectural)
2) Complete the Arch App and collect neighbors’ signatures
3) Make Fee and Deposit Payments (Account Info > Architectural > Purchase Association Items)
4) Complete online form and upload Application on Portal (Account Info > Architectural > Add ACC Request)
The committee meets on the 3rd Monday of each month to review architectural applications. Any improvements/changes made without approval of the Architectural Review Committee (ARC) are subject to removal at the homeowner’s expense. Please note your deposit check will be cashed and the deposit returned once your Notice of Completion is approved. If you are submitted more than one application, we can not apply one deposit to another nor can we apply your architectural deposit to your assessments.
