Serrano Park Community Association is a residential community consisting of 593 single-family homes. Residents enjoy quiet streets, mature landscaping, community amenities, and walking trails throughout the neighborhood.

Location

The City of Lake Forest is located in the center of South Orange County and is part of the beautiful Saddleback Valley. Lake Forest was incorporated as a city in 1991 to help ensure that it will always be an ideal place for business to thrive and people to live, work and play. 

Serrano Park is nearby many shopping and recreational destinations. To the west, the Irvine Spectrum Center is a hot-spot for shopping, dining, and entertainment. The Orange County Great Park is a family-friendly outdoor space, hosting many activities and events throughout the year. To the north, residents can explore nature by hiking trails and regional parks. A short highway drive to the south connects residents to sandy beaches and the Pacific Ocean.
